Since 2001, amazing volunteers across the country have enjoyed fun jobs at Green Festivals. Volunteering at Green Festival is a rich and rewarding experience for people of all ages and backgrounds.     Volunteer Registration

    Volunteer registration opens in each city approximately 2-3 months before the Green Festival. New York City registration is now open! Chicago registration is now open! For future cities – DC, LA and SF - Sign up for the Volunteer Alert!

    Getting involved and giving back to your community through participation at Green Festival is fun and rewarding! Meeting new people, learning, and being a part of the nation’s largest sustainability celebration will be an unforgettable experience, and the benefits will extend for years to come.

    Rewarding experiences are best shared, and volunteering is certainly more fun with two, four or six. Many of the volunteer roles at Green Festival can be shared with friends or family.   2. Volunteers Under Age 18

    All volunteers must be 10 years and older. Volunteers aged 10 to 15 years must volunteer with a parent, guardian or adult over the age of 18. All Volunteers under age 18, must have a volunteer waiver. Download the waiver here in the coming days.
