Download the Volunteer Handbook HERE. The handbook contains all of the information you need to know to volunteer at the Green Festival. This includes information such as: venue location and address, time to check-in, where to check-in, what to bring, what to wear, what to expect, where to park, public transportation stops and other useful information.

How do I register for an account? |
|

1. Create a Volunteer Account, click on “Register to Volunteer ”
2. E-mail confirmation regarding your volunteer account should come to your e-mail account quickly, if it does not within 1 day, please contact Volunteer Support . SAVE THIS CONFIRMATION FOR YOUR RECORDS. You will be able to log into your account immediately and sign up for shifts.

How do I sign-up for a shift? |
|
|
|
- First, return to the website and log in. You MUST be logged in to make shift selections.
- Browse through the volunteer opportunities, carefully reading the descriptions to make sure you're a good match for the job.
- Select the day you would like to volunteer (i.e. fri, saturday, or sunday).
- Select the time period (i.e. morning, mid-day or evening).
- Select one of the available time shifts. (i.e. Green Team, Sunday morning, 10:00am-2:30pm)
- Select other volunteer shifts during other times if you prefer to volunteer for more than 1 shift.

How to I change or cancel a shift? |
|
|
|
|
To cancel a shift, contact Volunteer Support .
To change a shift, sign-up for a new shift, then contact Volunteer Support to cancel the unwanted shift. All cancellations and shift changes must be made before Monday, October 18th.

How do I get in on Saturday if I don't volunteer until Sunday? |
|
|
|
|
When you arrive, tell security or your greeter that you are a volunteer. Come to Volunteer Registration to receive your volunteer badge. The badge is your pass into the show all weekend long, keep it. When you return on Sunday to volunteer, come to Volunteer Registration to claim your t-shirt and receive directions to your assigned location.

How do I review my shifts? |

|
- Log in to the website using your username and password.
- Click on 'review my shifts' from the Volunteer menu.
