The San Francisco Fall Volunteer Handbook will be available for download a couple of months prior to the event. The Handbook will provide you with all you need to know about checking in, what to bring and what your shift will entail. How do I register for an account? PDF Print E-mail

Registration for San Francisco's Fall Festival is now open. 

1. Create a Volunteer Account, click on “Register to Volunteer

2. E-mail confirmation regarding your volunteer account should come to your e-mail account quickly, if it does not within 1 day, please contact Volunteer Support .  SAVE THIS CONFIRMATION FOR YOUR RECORDS.  You will be able to log into your account immediately and sign up for shifts.

 
How do I sign-up for a shift? PDF Print E-mail
  1. First, return to the website and log in.  You MUST be logged in to make shift selections.
  2. Browse through the volunteer opportunities, carefully reading the descriptions to make sure you're a good match for the job.
  3. Select the day you would like to volunteer (i.e. fri, saturday, or sunday).
  4. Select the time period (i.e. morning, mid-day or evening).
  5. Select one of the available time shifts. (i.e. Green Team, Sunday morning, 10:00am-2:30pm)
  6. Select other volunteer shifts during other times if you prefer to volunteer for more than 1 shift.

  1. Log in to the website.
  2. Click on 'review my shifts' from the Volunteer menu.
 
How do I change or cancel a shift? PDF Print E-mail

To change a shift, sign-up for a new shift, then contact Volunteer Support to cancel the unwanted shift.  All cancellations and shift changes must be made before Friday, November 4th!
